Booking Information

Deposits
To guarantee your booking, we would ask for a written confirmation by e-mail and a prepayment, which includes the deposit. The amount  is written in the confirmation of order and must reach us within 10 days of receiving the confirmation of booking. Otherwise we reserve the right to reallocate the chalet to someone else.

On your arrival day Landhaus Martin is available for check-in after 2:30 p.m, on your departure day we ask you to vacate  by 09:30 a.m.

Bills?
Can be settled in cash or by bank transfer.

Non-smoker accomodation
Smoking is allowed, outside the rooms of Landhaus Martin. You will find ashtrays on the balcony, verandas and in the ski room on the back side of the house. We are appreciating your understanding.

Arriving per train or air plane
Good idea – we organize the transport from the station/ air port to Landhaus Martin.

Pets
Are welcome at Aüart Central, except common rooms. We charge without food 7,- Euro per day - please bring proper utilities with you.

Cancellation
25% up to 3 months before arrival! For shorter cancellations, a charge of 70% to 100% of the total amount will be made. Standard Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Tip: Take out cancellation insurance with your local insurance company/broker!

Forgotten articles will be redirected per cash on delivery.
