Check-In and Check-out
- Check-in: from 15.00/3pm on until 19.00/7pm
- Check-out: until 09.30
- Late-Check-out (according avaiability): for a surcharge of 50% of the day rate we offer a late check-out until 17.00/5pm - please enquire on site about availabilty of it
- Early arrivings: you are very welcome to use our private parking area from the early morning on - we will be aware of your presence and prepare your apartment as soon as possible
Cancellation policy for our "flex rate with pre-payment"
- free of charge until 180 days before arriving
- from 179 until 61 we charge 50% of the total costs
- from 60 until 21 we charge 60% of the total costs
- from 20 until 8 we charge 80% of the total costs
- within 7 days we charge 100%, the total amount according your confirmation of booking
You want to change the number of guests?
Please mind that your booking and its price is based on the number of guests, which is mentioned in your offer. In case you want to be joined by further guests, please let us know about it in advance. We will come back to you with the informitation, whether this is possible or not and if it is, we will let you know about the additional costs. In case guests are not able to join your holiday, we recommend to contract a travel insurance.
Travel insurance:
By using our onling booking system, you have the option to contract a recommended travel insurace. You may as well take out cancellation insurance with your local insurance company/broker!
Non-smoker accommodation
Smoking is allowed, outside the rooms of Apart Central. You will find ashtrays on the balcony, terraces and outside of the house. We are appreciating your understanding.
Arriving per train or air plane
Good idea – we support your organisation of the transport from the station/airport to Apart Central. Just contact us and we come back with best rates of reliable local transfer companies.
Pets - on enquiry:
Please enquire in advance, whether is possible to bring pets with you. In case it is, we charge without food 35,- Euro per day - please bring proper utilities with you.
