Dynamic Prices
The prices in our online booking system are maintained fully automatically. They can change at any time, but always reflect the most competitive price in the market. To better plan ahead, you have the option to request a customized offer with price guarantee. In this case, the price is secure for you.
Deposit
After confirming your booking, you will receive a confirmation with details about a deposit (Flex Rate) or the full payment for non-refundable rates. The booking becomes valid upon receipt of payment, and you will promptly receive confirmation.

In a hotel with 100 identical rooms, they are occupied one after the other. All our apartments are unique, and there is only one type of each. You will be checked into the apartment you booked, not a similar available type. If the apartment is not immediately occupied again, we may receive last-minute bookings (OTA channels like booking.com, Airbnb, etc.). We believe you will also appreciate being able to check in on time after a long journey. Thank you for your understanding!
SOFT Late Check-Out
Enjoy a relaxed morning. With the additional service "SOFT Late Check-Out," you can use the apartment until 12 noon. You can find the exact price in our online booking system. SOFT Late Check-Out's are limited in availability. Tip: Booking early pays off!
PRIME Late Check-Out
We block the availability and allow late check-out until 6 PM on the day of departure. The availability of this service is manually checked by our team and, if possible, confirmed separately. The price you find in our onling bookings system in advance. You will receive feedback or confirmation regarding availability after your booking.
Cancellation deadlines for the "Flex Rate"
Free cancellation up to 180 days before arrival
50% of the total amount will be charged from 179 to 61 days
60% of the total amount will be charged from 60 to 21 days
80% of the total amount will be charged from 20 to 8 days
The full amount will be charged within 7 days
Please mind that the cancellation must be made through a unilateral written statement.
Planning to change the number of travelers later?
Please note that your booking and its total price are based on the number of people according to the offer/booking confirmation. If additional people are interested in joining you, this is possible upon request. Please inform us in advance, and if additional persons are possible, we will gladly provide information about the additional costs. If individuals are unable to join for any reason, we recommend securing travel insurance to avoid potential cancellation costs.

Non-smoking accommodation
Smoking is allowed outside the building. Ashtrays are provided on balconies and terraces. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets
We love animals. Due to turnover of vacationers on the same day and to protect our free-range chickens, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in Apart Central. Thank you for your understanding.
