Questions before your holiday

Is there parking available?

We have reserved ample private parking spaces right at the accommodation.

What if I want to arrive earlier?

No problem. Our private parking is available from the early morning hours. Your apartment will be ready by 3 PM at the latest.

Can I bring a pet?

We love animals. Due to guests arriving on the same day and to protect our free-range chickens, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets at Apart Central. Thank you for your understanding.

What do I need for check-in?

Save time and register online before arrival. Here is the link: Pre check-in at Apart Central

After successful registration, you will need a valid credit card on-site instead of a cash deposit. An amount equivalent to your daily rate will be reserved. The reservation will be automatically canceled 24 hours after departure. No cash deposit is accepted.

Is there a washing machine?

There is a dedicated guest laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing station. The guest laundry room is accessible 24/7. And all of this comes at no extra cost! It's already included in your stay.

Can we buy the ski pass on-site?

Yes, that's possible. It's a service for our guests, so you can avoid waiting in line at the cable car. Payment can be made on-site in cash or by card (with a 2% fee).

How does online grocery shopping work?

It's quite simple. If you're interested, we'll send you a link to the M-PREIS online shop. You place your order and select Apart Central as the delivery address. We pay for your purchases when they're delivered, and we'll bring everything to your apartment. You settle the amount upon arrival, as per the M-PREIS invoice. It's a complimentary premium service for our guests.

Questions during your holiday

Until what time do we have to leave the apartment?

Check-out is to be completed by 09:30 AM. Each of our apartments is available only once and we need to be prepared for last-minute bookings as well. You are welcome to use our private parking lot. Alternatively, you can book a late check-out.

Can we book a late check-out?

A late check-out is possible upon request. For 50% of the daily rate, you can use the apartment until 6 PM on the day of departure. In this case, we block the availability so that no last-minute bookings can be made for other guests.

The bathroom radiator is not really hot?

In winter, the bathroom radiator becomes warm but never hot to avoid damaging clothes and other garments. The room temperature is provided by the underfloor heating. The most important thing when drying is "dry air." Therefore, please ventilate the apartment for a few minutes daily. Condensation on the windows is a sign of humid air. In summer, using the drying rack is recommended, easy and quick.

Is there a towel change?

For every stay longer than 4 nights, we automatically provide a towel change, which occurs in the middle of the stay. For an even number of nights, it takes place on the earlier day.

Certainly! Booking directly with Apart Central is always the most affordable option. We offer a flexible rate with tiered cancellation options and a non-refundable rate with an additional 5% discount.

Can you keep us informed about offers and news?
