From fruit to fine spirit

We can be particularly proud of our in-house distillery "Stiefelscherm". While it used to be common in the Zillertal to process one's own fruit, nowadays, it is common practice to import fruit from all over the world. In the "Stiefelscherm" distillery, we adhere to the old tradition of fruit refinement. For guests, it is wonderful to be able to experience and understand the entire production process, from the blossoms in spring to distillation at the end of the year. Our guests are welcome to taste a glass of tradition from the Zillertal and toast to a wonderful holiday.

Schnaps tasting

Very popular for groups. In the orchard from April to October, for groups of 8 people or more.

Pure variety

An exquisite spirit can be considered pure variety when it is distilled from a single fruit variety.

Autumn

Time for mashing and refining the harvest. The reward for passionate work.

History

The "Stiefelscherm" distillery is part of our original, nearly 100-year-old farm.

Quality

The main reason for this is the perfect fruit, followed by controlled fermentation. The distillation process is almost secondary.

Sommelier

Since 2019, Martin is a certified fine spirits sommelier of the Chamber of Agriculture in Tyrol. He will have answers to your questions.

Spring

From early April to mid-May, the Apart Central is surrounded by a true sea of blossoms.
